ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
Hide And Seek Pests has extensive experience and knowledge based within the Pest Control field. We have seen it all and we know exactly what we are doing.
Our service personnel are trained to the highest industry standards and qualified to a minimum of BPCA level 2 in pest management.
DO YOU OFFER SURVEYS?
Yes we do offer surveys. However, we usually find this normally applies to commercial and industrial premises only.
For domestic premises, we can often give an accurate quote before attending by asking relevant questions related to your problem. If a survey fee does apply, we would always agree to this before attending

ARE YOU INSURED?
We are fully insured with Simply Business at Hide And Seek Pests up to £5 million. This means that we have public and product liability to help cover compensation and legal fees. This protects us, our staff and our clients.
WILL MY CHILDREN AND PETS BE SAFE IF YOU USE POISON BAIT TO GET RID OF RODENTS?
You’re right to be concerned about the safety of your family and pets if poison bait is used indoors or outdoors. We’re always very careful about using poisons to kill rats and mice so that children and pets are safe, as well as wildlife and the environment. We use all poisons legally too. Ring or email us with the details so we can get rid of the rats or mice safely for you.
DO YOU PROVIDE AN OUT OF HOURS SERVICE?
We provide an emergency service, evenings, weekends and bank holidays alongside normal working hours.
CAN I BUY TRAPS OR USE OTHER TREATMENTS MYSELF TO GET RID OF PESTS?
There are products available to the public, however, these should be used with caution. In some cases, if used incorrectly they may make the problem worse.
